Eligibility & Access

Q1: Who is eligible to register for Aortic Academy courses?
Aortic Academy courses are designed exclusively for licensed healthcare professionals—including vascular surgeons, cardiac surgeons, interventional radiologists, and other specialists involved in aortic and endovascular care. Verification of professional credentials is required during registration.

Q2: Can residents, fellows, or students enroll?
Yes. Senior medical students, surgical residents, and fellows with a declared interest in vascular or endovascular specialties are welcome to participate. A recommendation letter or proof of academic enrollment may be requested.

Q3: Are non-physician participants allowed (e.g., engineers, clinical specialists)?
Participation is considered on a case-by-case basis for clinical engineers, biomedical professionals, and device specialists involved in the aortic field. Please contact us to determine eligibility.

Courses & Certification

Q4: What types of courses does Aortic Academy offer?
Our curriculum focuses on advanced aortic pathology and therapy, including:

• Endovascular repair of aneurysms and dissections
• Aortic trauma and ulcer management
• Branched/fenestrated planning and sizing
• Total arch endovascular replacement
• Case-based procedural walkthroughs and simulation

Q5: Are your courses CME/CPD accredited?
Several of our programs are CME/CPD accredited through partnerships with international and regional medical education bodies. Check individual course pages for specific accreditation details.

Q6: Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Upon successful completion of each course and associated assessments, you will receive a digital Certificate of Completion for your records.

Q7: What are the platform requirements?
The Aortic Academy platform is accessible via modern web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge). For best performance:

• Use a stable internet connection (at least 5 Mbps)
• Enable JavaScript and cookies
• Use Chrome/Safari on mobile for full compatibility

Q8: How do I reset my password?
Click “Forgot Password?” on the login page and follow the prompts. If you encounter issues, contact our support team.

Q9: Can I download course materials?
Select materials, including case summaries, planning templates, and reference guides, may be available for download. Video lectures are streamed online only.

Payments & Enrollmen

Q10: Are Aortic Academy courses free?
We offer both free and paid courses. Some foundational content is freely accessible, while advanced masterclasses may require a one-time or subscription-based fee.

Q11: What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:

Courses are taught in English. Some content may be available with subtitles or translations in Farsi and Arabic depending on demand.

Yes. All live sessions are recorded and made available for on-demand access. Live times are listed in GMT/UTC with a time zone conversion tool at registration.

Q15: How do you protect my information?
We comply with global data privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA. Your personal data is used strictly for educational access, certification, and professional verification.

Q16: Is my learning progress saved?
Yes. Your user dashboard stores completed modules, scores, certificates, and course history for easy access and tracking.
